Baked Brie Recipe
Using The Crabapple Co.’s Cranberry Ginger Chutney

Ingredients: 1 wheel of brie 1 package of Fillo Dough 1 jar of Cranberry Ginger Chutney 1/2 cube melted butter Instructions: Set the Fillo Dough (which can be purchased in your grocer’s frozen pie crust section) out so that it is completely defrosted. Put the wheel of brie on a spayed or greased baking sheet. Spread the top of the brie with a generous layer of chutney. Unroll four or five sheets of the Fillo Dough (it depends on how thick you want the crust) and lay it flat over the top of the brie. Tuck in all the corners under the brie so that it is completely covered with the dough. Brush or pour the dough with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until dough is flaky and baked through, usually around 30 min, or follow dough baking instructions. Serve with apples & bland crackers—we recommend Carr’s Water Crackers—so the flavor is about the cheese, chutney and dough.
